" What did I do? I went through various positions in quality management in engineering companies and companies in the automotive industry. I first started as an assistant position of the company's executive, when I was given the opportunity to participate in preparation for certification audit according to ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949. This appealed to me and excited me about quality, especially its diversity and combination of technical assignments and the need to communicate with colleagues in different positions, with my motivations, personalities and energies, then I worked as a quality engineer and soon as a quality manager. she worked in several companies as a quality manager or quality manager for suppliers.

In the last almost 6 years I have been dealing with consultations and audits - system according to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 and I also act as a key contact for customers in complaints, escalations, project support and transfer of end customer requirements in the supply chain.

In audits, I am interested in and enjoy the assessment of compliance or non-compliance with the requirements, the analysis of the causes of non-compliance and support in finding solutions to the deficiencies. I still like audits very much, because it is possible to synthesize quality knowledge, technical knowledge and the psychology of the audit, respect for the audited party, understanding, attunement and execution of my work so that it is beneficial for the audited company and process.

A key element of my work is communication and understanding of both parties / the contracting authority and its customer / and my goal is to find a way with a solution that is best possible for both parties. So not only do I use my mind and knowledge of quality and experience, but I also use my intuition and ability to empathize and understand the motives and influences to which the people I work with are exposed to and influence them.

I transform these influences and motives that come from individual stakeholders and the result is a solution, a way forward - both in conflict meetings, escalations, pressures and in communication with customers.

I am a mother of three children, a partner and I am a woman who very strongly feels the need to leave her imprint on this world, to feel fulfilled, that I am doing why I am here. I am on the path of discovering my full potential, talents and gifts. I gradually use what I am learning and my life - both personal and professional - becomes very rich, diverse, stimulating, beautifully complex, while giving meaning and a sense of fulfillment.

It is important for me personally to do activities, to communicate, to act and to make sure that whatever I do makes sense to me and that I can live in harmony with myself and the environment. "
